Outside Interest Disclosures are now submitted via the DASH Research COI platform.
Even if you do not participate in research related activities, all employees who are required to submit an outside interest disclosure will do so via the DASH Research COI platform.
Those required to submit an annual disclosure update will receive an email with a link to the DASH Login page on September 2, 2025. To access the DASH Research COI platform, once logged in to your DASH Landing Page, click on DASH Research. Here you will see a COI tile. This is where you will create your disclosure. Once you click the COI tile, you should land on your DASH Research COI Dashboard. There you will find the “Edit Disclosure Profile” button. (Please see the Discloser’s and Supervisor’s Quick Guide’s below for additional assistance. These Guides are sourced from the UT DASH Research COI SharePoint site. Supervisor’s Quick Guide for Review of General Certifications
Beginning with this annual disclosure year, when you access the DASH Research COI module and submit your information via an “Edit Disclosure Profile” button, the system will retain all the info you submit. Any future updates will already have this information available for you to review for any needed changes.
Note: Previously submitted Outside Interest Disclosure Form information has not been loaded into this system. The first time you access the system, you will not have any previously submitted information available.
